Community Access

Service Description

Community Access supports can offer a range of services the are specific to each individuals needs. Whether it be attending social activities, necessary appointments, employment opportunities, or anything else, we aim to ensure all of our community members have the opportunity to live active healthy lives, and experience full inclusion when accessing the local area. Services will be determined and developed around the requests of the participant to ensure each participant is empowered in their own right.
